QuEChERS Kit Application: Rapid Analysis of Carbamate Pesticide Residues in Cabbage by HPLC

Use QuEChERS Kit to simplify the purification process

A rapid detection method for 10 kinds of carbamate pesticide in cabbage was established by extracting high performance liquid chromatography according AOAC standard, in which a kind of creative QuEChERS kit-QuSLE syringe filters were involved to simplify the purification process to one step. The sample was extracted with acetonitrile, and the extracts were concentrated by nitrogen blowing, cleaned up by QuEChERS syringe filter and analyzed. The recovery rate and precision were measured by standard recovery method, and the accuracy and reliability of the method were tested. The results showed that the recoveries of 10 kinds of carbamate pesticide were 70.9%-101.5%, and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were 1.7%-6.2%. It was proved that the creative method could greatly improve experimental efficiency by shorting sample pre-processing time in a simple way compered with the traditional QuEChERS Extraction method.
