Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

  • All products are dispatched from either the factory or warehouse. The buyer is responsible for thoroughly inspecting all shipments received from SyringeFilterSupplier.com for any transportation damage. In the event that the goods are found to be damaged during transportation, with visible damage or compression to the outer packaging that may impact its quality, kindly refuse the shipment and document it by capturing a video or taking photos. If FedEx or UPS leaves the goods at the doorstep, preventing you from inspecting them for transportation damage, contact the FedEx or UPS office within 24 hours of delivery and promptly file a freight claim to report the damage. Please notify us of the replacement products or parts you require.

Under what circumstances can returns and exchanges be processed?

We facilitate return and exchange services in the following situations:

  • If the goods substantially differ from your order, encompassing, but not limited to, discrepancies in color, model, size, etc., deviating from the order or contract description. Kindly take photos and forward them to info@syringefiltersupplier.com, explaining the situation. Upon verification, we will rectify our mistake and cover the relevant shipping costs.
  • In the case of demonstrable quality issues with the goods, such as appearance defects or quality problems, please provide verifiable materials, including, but not limited to, videos, photos, or testing reports. Get in touch with us, and after verification, we will coordinate your free return or exchange and cover the associated shipping costs.

Can returns or exchanges be accommodated if there are changes in procurement requirements?

Syringe filters are disposable consumable products, and generally, we do not accept returns due to changes in the purchaser’s requirements. Exchanges are feasible, but you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods and dispatching new ones. Please reach out to us to elucidate your situation, and we will accommodate your practical circumstances.

 

Is there a timeframe for returns and exchanges?

Our refund and return application window spans 10 days from the date of receiving the goods. If you plan to return or exchange the goods, please contact us within 10 days of receiving them. Beyond this timeframe, we regret to inform you that we will be unable to provide a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received, including the original packaging.

Refund:

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email to confirm its arrival. Subsequently, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credited amount will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days
