The minimum specification of traditional SPE cartridges is only up to 1mL, with an internal filling of 10mg. It is difficult to apply when the sample volume is less than 0.5mL. MoxLab has recently launched micro-SPE extraction tips, which utilize SPE filler cartridges inserted into the suction port of the tip, allowing the micro-filtration tip to play the role of enrichment or purification of SPE columns. The minimum filling volume of the product is 1mg, capable of handling samples.

User's Guide
When using micro SPE tips, following the guidelines below will greatly help improve the accuracy of your experiments.
Pipetting angle
Immersion depth
Dispensing angle
The immersion angle of the pipette tip in the sample should be as close to vertical as possible and should not deviate from vertical by more than 20°
The correct immersion depth can improve accuracy by up to 5%. When aspirating, the immersion depth should be as small as possible (3-6 mm).
Unlike the tilt angle used in traditional pipetting experiments, the tip of the pipette should be as close to a vertical angle as possible during the dispensing release of SPE microextraction to ensure maximum recovery.
