Automatic Dispensing for HPLC Vials and Caps

HPLC autosampler vials and caps are frequently used during sample preparation in pharmaceutical, chemical, biological, food-safety and environmental laboratories.

Traditionally, laboratory operators retrieve individual vials and caps directly from boxes or open containers. Repeated opening, searching and manual handling may expose unused consumables to hands, airborne particles and contaminants on the laboratory workbench.

The MoxLab Automatic HPLC Vial and Cap Dispenser provides a more organized way to store and retrieve these consumables. It consists of two separate benchtop units: one for glass autosampler vials and one for matching vial caps.

Each unit has a capacity of up to 100 pieces and dispenses one vial or cap whenever the operating button is pressed.

How the Vial Dispenser Works

Load a full box of compatible 12 × 32 mm glass autosampler vials into the vial dispenser and close the chamber.

When a vial is required, press the operating button. The dispenser delivers one unused vial into the lower collection area, ready for laboratory sample preparation.

This full-box loading method reduces the need to transfer and handle individual vials during refilling.

How the Vial Cap Dispenser Works

Pour compatible vial caps into the cap dispenser and close the chamber.

The internal mechanism automatically organizes and orients the bulk-loaded caps. When the operating button is pressed, the system delivers one correctly oriented cap into the lower collection area.

Operators do not need to manually arrange the direction of each cap before loading it into the dispenser.

The MoxLab system keeps unused consumables inside dedicated chambers and dispenses them one at a time. This helps reduce unnecessary handling and the risk of handling-related contamination that may affect chromatographic analysis.
